Professionalism was evident across every aspect of the service. From the team’s presentation and manner of communication to their command of the menu and confidence in beverage pairing, each stage of the experience was handled with care. For this visit, we focused on selections from the Asian side of the menu. Every dish we sampled delivered a highly satisfying combination of flavour, texture and presentation.
